Help & information

Shipping & delivery

Every order is genuine Tuscany Leather, dispatched from the supplier in Italy to your door in the United Arab Emirates. Prices are shown in UAE dirhams. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your bag.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is typically 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. You will see the estimate for your address before you pay.

Costs

Shipping is free on orders over AED 1,250 (the value of the items, before shipping). Below that it is quoted live at checkout against your address, no flat guesswork. Nothing is added at checkout. The UAE collects 5% VAT at the border, and 5% customs duty on consignments valued above AED 1,000 — the courier collects these before delivery.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way you will receive tracking details by email. If anything is unclear, contact us and we will help.
