Typically 5 to 8 business days, dispatched direct from the workshop in Florence. You will see an estimate before you pay.

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we collect it at our cost and replace it or refund you in full — whichever you prefer, with nothing for you to pay. Tell us within 14 days of delivery. Filming yourself opening the parcel helps us act the same day, but it is never a condition of a claim. None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

Many products can be personalised with your initials in a choice of fonts — look for the Personalise option on the product page. A monogram is applied before dispatch and cannot be altered afterwards.

Yes. Choose gift wrap on the product page and add a message printed on a high-quality card. No prices appear anywhere in the parcel.

Keep it dry, wipe with a soft cloth, and condition it every three to six months. Full guidance is in our leather care guide.
