Gifting questions
Will the recipient see the price?
No. No invoice, receipt or price appears anywhere in the parcel. Your tax invoice is emailed to you instead.
Can you send it straight to them?
Yes. Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout and it goes direct, wrapped and with your card.
Does the monogram cost extra?
No. Initials are pressed into the leather in Florence at no extra cost on any piece that offers it. A monogram is applied before dispatch and cannot be altered or removed afterwards, so do check the spelling before ordering.
How long should I allow?
Every piece ships direct from Florence, so allow the full delivery window when it is for a date. Personalised pieces take a little longer, as they are made to order.
